Ordering Information

Thank you for choosing Wisley Pyrotechnics Inc. We strive to provide a smooth and efficient ordering process for all of our customers.

Orders may be placed online, by phone, email, or through a Wisley Pyrotechnics Inc. sales representative. Once an order is received, inventory will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon payment or approved terms.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory levels, some products may become unavailable due to demand or supplier limitations. In such cases, customers will be contacted regarding substitutions or adjustments to their order.

Shipping Information

Wisley Pyrotechnics Inc. ships fireworks in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Shipping charges are calculated based on product classification, order size, weight, destination, and carrier requirements. Hazardous materials fees may apply where required.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Transit times vary depending on destination and carrier schedules.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all fireworks purchased are legal to possess and use in their jurisdiction. Wisley Pyrotechnics Inc. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that does not comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Freight Deliveries

Large orders may be shipped via common carrier freight. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location can accommodate freight shipments such as:

1. Is the shipment going to a commercial or residential location? 
2. Do you have unloading equipment such as a forklift? This will determine if you need a liftgate or not.
3. The minimum purchase is $1000.

Any visible shipping damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery. Customers should inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt and notify Wisley Pyrotechnics Inc. of any shortages or damages within 48 hours.

Order Pickups

Local pickup is available by appointment at our Bedford, Indiana facility.

Customers selecting pickup will be contacted to schedule a convenient pickup time. Orders must be paid in full prior to or at the time of pickup unless other arrangements have been approved.

Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of fireworks products, all sales are generally considered final.

Requests for order cancellations must be submitted prior to shipment and may be subject to restocking or administrative fees. Returned merchandise may only be accepted with prior authorization from Wisley Pyrotechnics Inc. and must be in new, unopened condition.

Professional Fireworks Purchases

Certain products, including 1.3G Display Fireworks and select 1.4G Professional Use products, require proof of appropriate licensing, certifications, or permits before shipment or pickup.

Customers purchasing professional-use products are responsible for providing all required documentation and complying with applicable regulations.
